Torres Guitar
September 2008
"It took me many years of making my Concert Guitars to find the time to make a copy of a Torres and when I produced the first one it came as a revelation. These guitars are not slavish copies - I incorporate elements of Hauser's guitars - and they give a sweet, full and well balanced, sound.
The one shown has Brazilian Rosewood back and ribs with a German Spruce table. While the rosette and soundboard purflings are complex, the decoration on the back and sides is kept to a minimum so as not to distract the eye from the classic body shape."
